Job Description

Wendy's is a globally recognized fast-food restaurant chain known for its fresh, quality ingredients and exceptional customer service. Established over four decades ago, Wendy's has built a strong reputation for offering made-to-order hamburgers, crispy chicken sandwiches, and a variety of fresh salads and sides. As a leading player in the quick-service restaurant industry, Wendy's focuses on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, striving to provide a welcoming dining atmosphere for guests at every location.

This opportunity is for an Assistant General Manager position at the Wendy's franchise located at 1905 N. Main St, Longmont, CO 80501. As an Assistant General Manager at Wendy's, you will be a key part of the leadership team, responsible for supporting the General Manager in creating and maintaining an exceptional work environment and delivering extraordinary customer experiences. This role requires a blend of leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for fast-paced customer service.

In this position, you will utilize your knowledge of positional skills, customer service best practices, and health and safety regulations to "Delight Every Customer." You will be committed to generating a "WOW" experience for both our guests and crew members every day, ensuring that the standards of quality, safety, and courtesy are consistently met. The Assistant General Manager will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of engagement among employees, driving teamwork and morale within the restaurant.

The role offers a competitive annual salary range between $53,000 and $68,000, along with industry-leading benefits and incentives. Wendy's supports career growth and development through clear training paths and advancement opportunities. The work environment is dynamic, team-oriented, and designed to be both fun and rewarding. Employees in this role can also take advantage of on-demand pay, allowing you to access your earnings quickly.

Benefits include medical insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, paid time off, and quarterly bonus potential. Wendy's prides itself on being an equal opportunity employer and actively promotes diversity and inclusion across all races, religions, nationalities, genders, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. The company also provides reasonable accommodations to enable all employees, including those with disabilities, to successfully perform their essential job functions.

Wendy's franchise model means that while this position is with a franchisee, all employees receive comprehensive support and resources to perform their roles effectively. Each franchise independently determines its compensation, benefits, and career programs, so there may be slight variations from company-owned locations, but the commitment to employee growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence remains consistent.

Joining Wendy's as an Assistant General Manager means becoming part of a professional team dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and service daily. You will contribute directly to the restaurant's success by leading by example and fostering an inclusive, collaborative workplace culture. With Wendy's, you have the opportunity to build a fulfilling career where your efforts are recognized and rewarded in a fast-paced, supportive setting.
