Job Requirements
- One year certificate from college or technical school
- Three to six months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers and decimals
- Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
- Attend Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
- Must be Serve-Safe certified
Job Qualifications
- One year certificate from college or technical school or three to six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively to groups of customers or employees
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide and compute rates, ratios, and percentages
- Ability to interpret various instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Attend Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days
- Must be Serve-Safe certified
Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in managing restaurant operations and staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Participate in achieving store objectives
- Enforce federal, state, and local laws and employment regulations
- Support crew training and orientation programs
- Handle routine reports and correspondence
- Solve practical operational problems and make decisions based on limited standardization
