Job Requirements
- company's operating systems and procedures knowledge

- crew orientation and training program knowledge
- federal, state and local employment laws knowledge
- ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
- ability to perform mathematical calculations including rate, ratio and percent
- ability to solve practical problems in limited standardization situations
- crew Interviewing Workshop attendance within 90 days
- Serve-Safe certification
Job Qualifications
- one year certificate from college or technical school
- three to six months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions
- Serve-Safe certification
- completion of Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
Job Duties
- assist the General Manager in managing operations and staff
- execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- participate in achieving store objectives
- ensure compliance with all company guidelines
- maintain adherence to federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
- supervise crew orientation and training programs
- monitor operational performance and customer service standards
