Job Requirements

  • company's operating systems and procedures knowledge

  • crew orientation and training program knowledge
  • federal, state and local employment laws knowledge
  • ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
  • ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
  • ability to perform mathematical calculations including rate, ratio and percent
  • ability to solve practical problems in limited standardization situations
  • crew Interviewing Workshop attendance within 90 days
  • Serve-Safe certification

Job Qualifications

  • one year certificate from college or technical school
  • three to six months related experience and/or training
  • ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
  • ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions
  • Serve-Safe certification
  • completion of Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion

Job Duties

  • assist the General Manager in managing operations and staff
  • execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
  • participate in achieving store objectives
  • ensure compliance with all company guidelines
  • maintain adherence to federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
  • supervise crew orientation and training programs
  • monitor operational performance and customer service standards
