Job Requirements

  • One year certificate from college or technical school
  • three to six months related experience and training
  • knowledge of company’s operating systems and procedures
  • knowledge of supervisory practices
  • understanding of crew orientation and training programs
  • familiarity with federal, state and local employment laws
  • Serve-Safe certification
  • attendance at Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire

Job Qualifications

  • One year certificate from college or technical school
  • three to six months related experience or training
  • equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • ability to speak effectively before groups
  • ability to perform basic mathematical operations, compute rate, ratio, and percent
  • ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions
  • attendance at Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire
  • Serve-Safe certification

Job Duties

  • Assist general manager in managing restaurant operations and staff
  • execute and enforce company policies, procedures, programs and systems
  • participate in achieving store objectives while following company guidelines
  • ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws
  • maintain ethical business practices
  • support crew orientation and training programs
  • monitor daily restaurant functions and resolve operational issues
