The Role: Assistant Manager at Wendy's

Job Requirements
- One year certificate from college or technical school
- three to six months related experience and training
- knowledge of company’s operating systems and procedures
- knowledge of supervisory practices
- understanding of crew orientation and training programs
- familiarity with federal, state and local employment laws
- Serve-Safe certification
- attendance at Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire
Job Qualifications
- One year certificate from college or technical school
- three to six months related experience or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- ability to speak effectively before groups
- ability to perform basic mathematical operations, compute rate, ratio, and percent
- ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions
- attendance at Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire
- Serve-Safe certification
