Job Requirements

One year certificate from college or technical school
three to six months related experience and training
knowledge of company’s operating systems and procedures
knowledge of supervisory practices
understanding of crew orientation and training programs
familiarity with federal, state and local employment laws
Serve-Safe certification
attendance at Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire

Job Qualifications

One year certificate from college or technical school
three to six months related experience or training
equivalent combination of education and experience
ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
ability to write routine reports and correspondence
ability to speak effectively before groups
ability to perform basic mathematical operations, compute rate, ratio, and percent
ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions
attendance at Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire
Serve-Safe certification
