The company supports continuous development through comprehensive training programs tailored to help managers reach their professional goals. Internal promotions are performance-based, emphasizing meritocracy rather than tenure.
Candidates in this role can expect competitive pay complemented by bonuses, flexible scheduling to accommodate employees' needs, and numerous perks such as employee discounts on meals. The company provides an attractive benefits package, including personal time off plans, medical, dental, and vision insurance options, as well as short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions.
Successful Assistant General Managers will demonstrate leadership capabilities, excellent decision-making skills, and a customer-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage and motivate a diverse team toward meeting restaurant operational goals efficiently. The candidate must also comply with health and safety standards, food handling regulations, and maintain a positive restaurant atmosphere that encourages teamwork and a fun, family-oriented environment.
This job opportunity is offered through one of Wendy's franchisees and is subject to variations in compensation, benefits, and career opportunities compared to company-owned stores.
