Job Description
Drury Hotels is a renowned hospitality company known for creating welcoming environments where employees feel they truly belong. Situated at 165 Cityline Drive in Richardson, Texas, Drury Hotels is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences while fostering a workplace culture that values and supports its team members. Recognized as one of Newsweek's America's Greatest Workplaces in 2025, Drury Hotels is committed to not only serving guests but also enhancing the personal and professional lives of those who work there. This hospitality company prides itself on offering more than just jobs; it offers a community where employees can grow, thrive, and be appreciated. Work-life balance is a significant focus here, with flexible scheduling options, paid time off, hotel discounts, and free room nights to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of its team members.
This role is part of the Drury Hotels Operations Leadership team, a dynamic group responsible for maintaining the high standards of service and operational excellence the brand is known for. As a leader in this environment, you'll provide expert guidance across all hotel departments, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service every time they visit. The position emphasizes coaching, training, and developing team members to reach their highest potential, fostering a culture of success and collaboration. You'll also be central to delivering on critical business metrics related to quality, service, profitability, and team development. By modeling best practices in quality assurance, you will play a vital role in sustaining the hotel's reputation and continuously surpassing established standards. This role also offers performance-based incentives, including quarterly and semi-annual bonuses tied to hotel and company success, reflecting Drury Hotels' commitment to shared achievement and recognition. The company supports career growth through mentorship, cross-training, development plans, and management training, evidenced by over 200 internal promotions within the current year alone. Health, dental, vision, prescription coverage, along with life insurance, disability benefits, and a Team Member Assistance Program, are also integral parts of the comprehensive benefits package. Additionally, you can benefit from a company-matched 401(k) retirement plan, reinforcing Drury Hotels' dedication to the long-term financial wellbeing of its staff.
If you are passionate about serving others and strive to exceed guest expectations, this leadership opportunity is designed for you. While a bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred, what matters most is your leadership success and ability to inspire a team. A minimum of one year of supervisory experience, particularly in a hotel environment, is highly desirable. This is a chance to join a company where your contributions are valued and where your professional journey is supported every step of the way. Drury Hotels invites you to rise, shine, and work happy with them, offering a fulfilling career path in one of the most respected hotel brands in the industry.
