Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in related industry
- Proven ability to manage financial aspects including profit and loss
- Basic legal and HR understanding related to hospitality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to perform physical tasks including light lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, stair climbing, and operating POS systems
- Comfortable working in kitchen environments with exposure to heat, steam, fire, and noise
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to nurture team motivation and development.
Job Qualifications
- Successful track record managing high-volume, multi-faceted, and fast-paced operations
- At least 3 years management experience in restaurant or eatertainment industry in a similar role
- Experience managing financial and profit and loss responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of legal and HR hospitality issues including liquor, labor, and health codes
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Knowledge and execution of current operating standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and building a positive work environment.
Job Duties
- Partner with the general manager on profit and loss analysis and identify operational efficiencies
- Oversee and ensure proper cash handling procedures including safe counts, petty cash, and bank drops
- Uphold high-quality standards of the facility and equipment
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations supporting long-term venue growth goals
- Deliver unparalleled guest experiences through food, drink, and entertainment combinations
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
- Lead, mentor, and develop salaried managers and cultivate a team environment
- Develop and grow a succession bench to increase engagement and retention
- Motivate and leverage individual staff strengths for guest satisfaction and productivity
- Select and develop certified trainers and promote internal career advancement.
