The role of Restaurant Assistant General Manager at HAZA Foods of Northeast is a dynamic and leadership-focused position designed for individuals with hands-on experience in managing fast-paced restaurant operations. This position requires more than one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager, preferably within high-volume food service concepts. The Assistant General Manager will assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant located at 11630 Broadway Street, Pearland, Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth running of the restaurant’s functions, from staffing and scheduling to financial controls and food safety standards.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • possess all documents required by state and federal law
  • minimum 1 year assistant manager experience
  • flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week including rotating shifts, weekends and holidays
  • valid driver’s license in good standing and access to private transportation
  • consent to background screening
  • able to walk and stand for long periods
  • able to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant’s daily operations

  • ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
