Job Requirements

  • Min 1 year of quick service hospitality experience
  • Flexibility to work 50 hours per week including rotating shifts, weekends and holidays
  • Consent to background screening including criminal, driving and drug screening
  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Possess all documents required by state and federal law
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a team in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills, results oriented and customer service focused

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of experience in quick service hospitality
  • Experience in high volume food service concepts preferred
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Help run a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards
  • Understand the right way to do business and help the team act accordingly
  • Assist with building bench strength by developing successful Crew and Shift Supervisors
  • Maintain a team atmosphere
  • Provide direction and training to staff
  • Oversee shift operations to achieve business goals
  • Ensure exceptional customer service
