Job Requirements
- 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
- Ability to manage and direct the work of others
- Passion for training and developing teams
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and quality service
Job Qualifications

- Ability to manage and lead teams effectively

Job Duties
- Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants
- Partner with the General Manager to ensure restaurant operational success
- Oversee guest-related metrics and engagement
- Lead training and development programs for staff
- Maintain compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
- Drive team performance and customer satisfaction
- Support change initiatives and operational improvements
