Chipotle is seeking Apprentices eager to develop into future General Managers by supporting day-to-day restaurant operations. Apprentices will gain hands-on experience managing a restaurant, including hiring and training teams, maintaining service excellence, overseeing operational standards, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This position entails working approximately 50 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, with overtime pay applicable.

As an Apprentice, you will act as a leader during shifts, ensuring speed, accuracy, and a welcoming atmosphere for all customers. You will be trained with Chipotle's comprehensive tools and resources to develop your crew members and uphold high standards in food safety, cleanliness, and compliance. You will also manage digital order fulfillment to guarantee timely and accurate service. Through participation in recruitment, scheduling, profit and loss management, and sales forecasting, Apprentices will learn the critical skills required to successfully operate a restaurant business. The role demands physical stamina, including standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in various temperature environments, ensuring preparedness for the energetic pace of restaurant operations.
