Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years customer service management experience or US military service
- Ability to work full time with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Strong leadership skills with coaching and mentoring capability
- Strong business acumen and independent motivation
- Effective delegation and organizational skills
- Proficient communication skills
- Ability to comply with food safety and legal regulations
- Available for flexible scheduling

Job Duties
- Manage overall restaurant operations including production and guest services

- Oversee recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training
- Provide performance feedback and development plans
- Manage labor scheduling and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with food safety and legal standards
- Conduct maintenance activities and emergency troubleshooting
- Participate in business planning and community engagement
- Evaluate team productivity and recommend promotions or terminations
- Perform managerial duties alongside team members
