Job Duties
- Lead employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- Delegate tasks effectively and report results
- Support General Manager to meet restaurant performance and quality standards
- Supervise kitchen food quality, safety, cost control, and new menu implementation
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Ensure memorable guest experiences by organizing service areas and training staff
- Collaborate with team to maintain safe and efficient restaurant operations
