Job Requirements

- 1+ years experience leading, motivating or developing others or US Military Service

Job Duties
- Take action first: lead employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- Be results oriented: delegate tasks to team members and report results
- Lead the experience: support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in kitchen, people, and service areas
- Supervise kitchen food quality, safety, cost, and new menu item implementation
- Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring staff training and organizing key service areas
- Partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
