Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in food service
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good physical stamina
- Compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Supporting the Restaurant General Manager by managing work shifts and completing administrative duties
- Providing leadership in the absence of the RGM to ensure consistent restaurant operations
- Ensuring Team Members, Trainers, and Shift Leads complete all assigned duties
- Serving safe, quality food in a friendly manner
- Assisting with facility maintenance
- Participating in finding, hiring, and developing Team Members and Shift Leads
- Ensuring health and safety standards are met
- Solving customer complaints quickly and positively
- Providing feedback to team members
- Following cash, security, inventory and labor policies
- Reading and interpreting reports to address problems
