Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in food service
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Good physical stamina
  • Compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Supporting the Restaurant General Manager by managing work shifts and completing administrative duties
  • Providing leadership in the absence of the RGM to ensure consistent restaurant operations
  • Ensuring Team Members, Trainers, and Shift Leads complete all assigned duties
  • Serving safe, quality food in a friendly manner
  • Assisting with facility maintenance
  • Participating in finding, hiring, and developing Team Members and Shift Leads
  • Ensuring health and safety standards are met
  • Solving customer complaints quickly and positively
  • Providing feedback to team members
  • Following cash, security, inventory and labor policies
  • Reading and interpreting reports to address problems
