Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- pass background check and drug test
- able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping during 80 percent of shift time
- able to sweep, mop, dust shelves, clean parking lot and grounds
- basic business math and accounting skills
- strong preference for internal promotion from shift manager position
- basic computer literacy
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- college or university degree preferred
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail
- profit and loss responsibility experience
- basic personal computer literacy
- strong analytical and decision-making skills
- reliable transportation
- strong communication skills
- proven leadership abilities
Job Duties
- support the restaurant general manager by running efficient and effective shifts
- oversee team members and shift managers to ensure completion of assigned duties
- manage inventory and perform financial accountability tasks
- ensure food safety and quality standards are consistently met
- maintain a safe and clean work environment
- handle customer service issues with positivity and professionalism
- assist in training and guiding team members
