Job Duties
- Lead employee training programs
- Manage food safety compliance
- Oversee inventory and cost control

- Support General Manager in achieving performance standards
- Supervise kitchen operations including food quality and new menu items
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Ensure exceptional guest service and staff training
- Collaborate with team to maintain safe and efficient operations
