The Assistant General Manager (AGM) role at WenJAI is pivotal to the restaurant’s operational success and leadership structure. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
