Job Requirements

  • knowledge of company operating systems and procedures
  • knowledge of company policies and procedures related to job responsibilities
  • understanding of supervisory practices
  • familiarity with crew orientation and training programs
  • knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
  • ability to read and interpret documents
  • ability to write reports and correspondence
  • ability to speak effectively before groups
  • ability to perform basic arithmetic operations
  • ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
  • ability to solve practical problems
  • attendance at Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days
  • Serve-Safe Certification

Job Qualifications

  • one year certificate from college or technical school
  • three to six months related experience or training
  • ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions
  • ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • problem-solving skills with limited standardization
  • attendance at Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days
  • Serve-Safe Certification

Job Duties

  • assist the General Manager in managing operations and staff
  • execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
  • participate in achievement of store objectives
  • ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
  • oversee crew orientation and training programs
  • maintain high standards of customer service
  • manage daily restaurant logistics and employee schedules
