Job Requirements
- knowledge of company operating systems and procedures
- knowledge of company policies and procedures related to job responsibilities
- understanding of supervisory practices
- familiarity with crew orientation and training programs
- knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
- ability to read and interpret documents
- ability to write reports and correspondence
- ability to speak effectively before groups
- ability to perform basic arithmetic operations
- ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- ability to solve practical problems
- attendance at Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days
- Serve-Safe Certification
Job Qualifications
- one year certificate from college or technical school
- three to six months related experience or training
- ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- effective communication skills
- ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- problem-solving skills with limited standardization
- attendance at Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days
- Serve-Safe Certification
Job Duties
- assist the General Manager in managing operations and staff
- execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- participate in achievement of store objectives
- ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
- oversee crew orientation and training programs
- maintain high standards of customer service
- manage daily restaurant logistics and employee schedules
