Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Proficient in financial management and sales forecasting
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work full-time on site in Chicago, IL
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Experience in restaurant and bar management including staff supervision and inventory control
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven ability to train and develop staff
  • Skilled in budget management and financial forecasting
  • Solid sales abilities and social skills for marketing events and filling seats
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards in food service industry
  • Previous experience in hospitality management
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Additional certification in hospitality or business management advantageous

Job Duties

  • Supervise staff to ensure excellent service and operational efficiency
  • Manage inventory to maintain stock levels and reduce waste
  • Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality
  • Oversee training programs to enhance staff performance
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively
  • Schedule staff and manage shift coverage to optimize operation
  • Drive sales and control costs to meet profitability targets
  • Assist with financial forecasting and budgeting
  • Support promotional initiatives to increase foot traffic and event bookings
