Job Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Proficient in financial management and sales forecasting
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work full-time on site in Chicago, IL
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

- Previous experience in hospitality management
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Additional certification in hospitality or business management advantageous
Job Duties
- Supervise staff to ensure excellent service and operational efficiency
- Manage inventory to maintain stock levels and reduce waste
- Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality
- Oversee training programs to enhance staff performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively
- Schedule staff and manage shift coverage to optimize operation
- Drive sales and control costs to meet profitability targets
- Assist with financial forecasting and budgeting
- Support promotional initiatives to increase foot traffic and event bookings
