  • One year certificate from college or technical school
  • three to six months related experience or training

  • Serve-Safe certification
  • attend Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in managing restaurant operations and staff
  • execute all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
  • participate in achieving store objectives
  • ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
  • manage crew orientation and training programs
  • oversee daily restaurant functions to maintain quality and service standards
  • support staff scheduling and performance management
