- three to six months related experience or training

- attend Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire

Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in managing restaurant operations and staff
- execute all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- participate in achieving store objectives
- ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- manage crew orientation and training programs
- oversee daily restaurant functions to maintain quality and service standards
- support staff scheduling and performance management
