Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in assistant general manager or similar leadership role
- Proven track record in staff development and employee retention
- Familiarity with food safety standards and compliance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
