This opportunity is for the role of Assistant General Manager at a Wendy's restaurant. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for ensuring the right personnel are in the right positions at the right times through effective scheduling and coaching practices. This role acts as the face of the restaurant to new hires, serving as a mentor to crew members and helping them embody the core values of Wendy's, known as Dave's Legacies.

In collaboration with the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager supports a positive and fun workplace culture where every team member feels valued and respected.
