As an Assistant General Manager earning around $57,250 annually, you will play a crucial leadership role within the restaurant’s management team. The AGM is responsible for providing leadership, supervision, and execution of strategic initiatives designed to improve restaurant performance. Working directly under the General Manager, you will help drive customer service excellence, cultivate training and development programs for the team, and increase sales and profitability while ensuring accountability and operational standards are upheld consistently.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • one to three months related experience and/or training
  • ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions
  • ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • ability to speak effectively before groups
  • ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • ability to solve practical problems and handle variable situations
  • physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to work 40 regular hours plus 10 overtime hours per week
  • willingness to work evenings and weekends
  • must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Job Qualifications
