  • One year certificate from college or technical school
  • three to six months related experience or training
  • equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ability to read and interpret documents
  • ability to write routine reports
  • ability to speak before groups
  • ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
  • ability to compute rate, ratio and percent
  • ability to solve practical problems
  • attend Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days
  • obtain Serve-Safe Certification

Job Qualifications

  • equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ability to read and interpret safety rules and operation manuals
  • ability to write reports and correspondence
  • ability to speak effectively before groups
  • basic mathematical skills
  • reasoning ability to solve practical problems
  • attendance at Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days
  • Serve-Safe Certification

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in managing restaurant operations
  • oversee staff performance and development
  • execute company policies, procedures, programs and systems
  • ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws
  • participate in achieving store objectives
  • maintain ethical business practices
  • implement crew orientation and training programs
