Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic understanding of business financials and operational procedures
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in restaurant management or related leadership roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of operational standards and customer service excellence
- Experience in training and staff development

Job Duties
- Help run a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards
- Understand the right way to do business and help the team act accordingly
- Assist with building bench strength by developing successful Crew and Shift Supervisors
- Maintain a team atmosphere
- Provide direction and training to staff to ensure customer expectations are exceeded
- Ensure each shift achieves its business goals
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment
