Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Basic understanding of business financials and operational procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in restaurant management or related leadership roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of operational standards and customer service excellence
  • Experience in training and staff development
  • Ability to manage business finances and meet performance goals
  • High school diploma or equivalent, further education is a plus

Job Duties

  • Help run a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards
  • Understand the right way to do business and help the team act accordingly
  • Assist with building bench strength by developing successful Crew and Shift Supervisors
  • Maintain a team atmosphere
  • Provide direction and training to staff to ensure customer expectations are exceeded
  • Ensure each shift achieves its business goals
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment
