Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or food service management
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment
- strong problem-solving skills
- valid food handler's permit if required

- proven leadership experience in restaurant management
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to motivate and develop a diverse team

Job Duties
- help run a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards

- assist with building bench strength by developing successful Crew and Shift Supervisors
- maintain a team atmosphere
- oversee daily restaurant operations to meet financial and service goals
- provide training and coaching to staff
