Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or food service management
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • valid food handler's permit if required

Job Qualifications

  • proven leadership experience in restaurant management
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • prior experience in fast-food or quick-service restaurant environments

Job Duties

  • help run a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards
  • understand the right way to do business and helps the team act accordingly
  • assist with building bench strength by developing successful Crew and Shift Supervisors
  • maintain a team atmosphere
  • oversee daily restaurant operations to meet financial and service goals
  • provide training and coaching to staff
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
