This role is ideal for candidates who have at least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager or in a similar fast-food or restaurant setting. The Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a crucial role in supporting the General Manager by overseeing daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year assistant manager experience in high volume food service concepts
- flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week with rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- valid driver’s license in good standing and access to private transportation
- consent to background screening
- able to walk and stand for long periods
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- demonstrated leadership ability
- excellent problem solving and decision-making skills

Job Duties
- Oversee restaurant’s daily operations
