Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong work ethic and team player attitude

Job Duties
- help run a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards
- understand the right way to do business and help the team act accordingly
- assist with building bench strength by developing successful crew and shift supervisors
- maintain a team atmosphere
- assist the General Manager in maintaining daily operations and staff
- participate in achievement of store objectives
- ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- assist in interviewing, recommending, selecting and training shift supervisors and crew members
- participate in creating and maintaining an environment and culture of engaged employees
- work and communicate effectively with the store team including General Manager, other restaurant managers, shift supervisors and crew members
