This role is for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) at a Wendy's franchise operated by WenJAI Restaurant Group located at 6201 Montana Ave., El Paso, TX 79925. The Assistant General Manager is a vital leader within the restaurant management team, directly assisting the General Manager in maintaining daily operations and ensuring that each shift meets its business targets.
