Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in a fast food or retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with compliance standards and ethical business practices

Job Duties

  • Help run a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards
  • Understand the right way to do business and help the team act accordingly
  • Assist with building bench strength by developing successful crew and shift supervisors
  • Maintain a team atmosphere
  • Assist the General Manager in maintaining daily operations and staff
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
  • Participate in interviewing, recommending, selecting, and training shift supervisors and crew members
  • Communicate effectively with the store team including the General Manager, other managers, shift supervisors, and crew members
  • Participate in creating and maintaining an environment and culture of engaged employees
  • Participate in achievement of store objectives
