This particular opportunity is for the position of Restaurant Assistant General Manager (AGM) at a prominent Wendy's location situated at 101 Gateway Center Lane, Baton Rouge, LA. As an Assistant General Manager, you will support the General Manager in overseeing various aspects of restaurant management, including staff supervision, financial controls, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • possess all documents required by state and federal law
  • minimum one year assistant manager experience
  • flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week with rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
  • valid driver's license in good standing and access to private transportation
  • consent to background screening
  • able to walk and stand for long periods
  • able to lift up to 50 pounds
