This role is for an Assistant Manager position within a Wendy's franchise located at 1427 Cape Coral Parkway, Cape Coral, FL. The assistant manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business function smoothly and efficiently. As a key member of the management team, the assistant manager is responsible for driving sales and profitability by effectively executing the company's business plan. This includes managing a team of employees dedicated to delivering excellent guest service, creating a welcoming and collaborative work environment, and maintaining compliance with all company standards and government regulations.
