Job Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food industry
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Basic understanding of financials such as labor costs and sales goals
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to work various shifts and days per week
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Minimum age 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations

  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Assist in scheduling and payroll processing
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure guest satisfaction
