Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or related fast food leadership
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- commitment to customer service excellence
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- willingness to comply with all safety and health standards

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- lead, motivate, and support crew members to maintain high engagement
- enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- oversee customer service standards and promptly address guest concerns
- assist in recruitment, training, and development of staff
- work alongside the General Manager in financial and inventory management
- maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and crew
