Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or related fast food leadership
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • commitment to customer service excellence
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • willingness to comply with all safety and health standards

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality

  • enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • oversee customer service standards and promptly address guest concerns
  • assist in recruitment, training, and development of staff
  • work alongside the General Manager in financial and inventory management
  • maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and crew
