Job Requirements
- One year certificate from college or technical school or three to six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- ability to speak effectively before groups
- ability to perform basic mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- ability to solve practical problems dealing with concrete variables
- ability to interpret a variety of instructions
- must attend Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
- must be Serve-Safe Certified
Job Qualifications

- understanding of company policies and procedures related to job responsibilities
- supervisory practices knowledge
- familiarity with crew orientation and training programs
- knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws

- effective communication skills
- basic mathematical skills
- practical problem-solving ability
- ability to follow written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions
- Serve-Safe certification required
Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in managing restaurant operations and staff
- execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- participate in achieving store objectives following company guidelines
- ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- uphold ethical business practices
- support crew orientation and training
- maintain operational standards and safety regulations
