This Restaurant Assistant General Manager (AGM) role offers an exciting opportunity within one of our successful Wendy's locations. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of Assistant General Manager experience in fast food or restaurant concepts, preferably in high-volume environments. Central to this position is the ability to manage daily restaurant operations effectively, ensuring smooth service, high food safety standards, and outstanding customer experiences. The AGM supports the General Manager by overseeing team schedules, managing financial controls, coaching and training staff, and maintaining overall restaurant standards.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year assistant manager experience
  • flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • valid driver’s license in good standing and access to private transportation
  • consent to background screening
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • possess all documents required by state and federal law
  • able to walk and stand for long periods
  • able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team
  • excellent problem solving and customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant's daily operations

  • ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
