Job Requirements

knowledge of company operating systems and procedures
knowledge of company policies and procedures related to job responsibilities
knowledge of supervisory practices
knowledge of crew orientation and training programs
knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
one year certificate from college or technical school or equivalent experience
ability to read and interpret relevant documents
ability to write and speak effectively
strong mathematical skills
problem-solving and reasoning ability
attend mandatory trainings and certifications

Job Qualifications

one year certificate from college or technical school
three to six months related experience and/or training
equivalent combination of education and experience
ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
ability to write routine reports and correspondence
ability to speak effectively before groups
ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, fractions and decimals
ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and interpret bar graphs
ability to solve practical problems and handle concrete variables
ability to interpret written, oral, diagram or schedule instructions
must attend Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
must be Serve-Safe certified
