Job Qualifications

  • one year certificate from college or technical school
  • three to six months related experience and/or training
  • equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • ability to speak effectively before groups
  • ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, fractions and decimals
  • ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and interpret bar graphs
  • ability to solve practical problems and handle concrete variables
  • ability to interpret written, oral, diagram or schedule instructions
  • must attend Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
  • must be Serve-Safe certified
