Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a restaurant environment preferred
- leadership or supervisory experience
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- team-oriented mindset
- dedication to maintaining high standards
- ability to comply with company policies and legal regulations

- Proven experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- high school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
Job Duties
- Help run a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards
- understand the right way to do business and help the team act accordingly
- assist with building bench strength by developing successful Crew and Shift Supervisors
- maintain a team atmosphere
- assist the General Manager in maintaining daily operations and staff
- participate in the achievement of store objectives
- ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- assist in interviewing, recommending, selecting and training Shift Supervisors and Crew Members
- work and communicate effectively with the store team including General Manager, Restaurant Managers, Shift Supervisors and Crew Members
