Job Requirements

  • Min 1 year assistant manager experience in high volume food service concepts preferred
  • flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week including rotating shifts, weekends and holidays
  • valid driver's license in good standing and access to private transportation
  • consent to background screening
  • high school diploma or equivalent and possess all documents required by state and federal law
  • able to walk and stand for long periods
  • able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, results oriented and customer service focused

Job Qualifications

  • Assistant General Manager experience in fast food or restaurant concepts
  • customer service focused with goal-oriented mindset
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • knowledge of food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
  • ability to create and manage staff schedules
  • experience in interviewing, hiring, training and coaching staff
  • financial control and operational management skills
  • capacity to maintain health and safety inspections and standards

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant's daily operations
  • maintain day-to-day financial controls
  • create and manage staff schedules
  • interview, hire, train and orientate team
  • oversee coaching, counseling and developing staff
  • manage team relations
  • exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
  • ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
  • set the tone for a fun and family-oriented restaurant environment
