Job Requirements
- Min 1 year assistant manager experience in high volume food service concepts preferred
- flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week including rotating shifts, weekends and holidays
- valid driver's license in good standing and access to private transportation
- consent to background screening
- high school diploma or equivalent and possess all documents required by state and federal law
- able to walk and stand for long periods
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, results oriented and customer service focused
Job Qualifications
- Assistant General Manager experience in fast food or restaurant concepts
- customer service focused with goal-oriented mindset
- strong leadership and team management skills
- knowledge of food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
- ability to create and manage staff schedules
- experience in interviewing, hiring, training and coaching staff
- financial control and operational management skills
- capacity to maintain health and safety inspections and standards
Job Duties
- Oversee restaurant's daily operations
