Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality role
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Computer savvy and mathematically competent
- Willingness to adhere to company values and standards
- Availability for shifts ranging from 5am to 9pm
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or hotel management
- Leadership or team supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple operational areas effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of hospitality software and technology

Job Duties

- Own the rhythm - execute and oversee activities across front desk, housekeeping, breakfast, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations
- Lead the vanguard - train, evaluate, and motivate team members to perform at an elite level
- Master the schedule - ensure consistent coverage and serve as the primary liaison between the team and the regional manager
- Enforce high standards - conduct routine gold standard inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and everything in between
