They also play a pivotal role in staffing, scheduling, and crew deployment adjustments to optimize shift performance and service speed.

Training and development are core elements of this role. The Assistant Restaurant Leader acts as the principal trainer for new crew members, delivering the company’s Start Training Program (STP) and providing specific sales-building techniques to cashiers. Conducting formal crew performance appraisals and recommending merit-based rewards also fall under their purview, supporting a motivated and high-performing team.

This role requires a proactive, enthusiastic individual who is a self-starter and solution-focused, able to work independently while driving the company’s mission and core values.
