Apprentices work closely with experienced leaders to learn vital business skills such as hiring and training team members, managing daily operations, handling sales forecasting, recruiting, and financial oversight including profit and loss management. Participants in this program will have the chance to contribute meaningfully to the company’s goal of fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. The position requires working a standard 50-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends, with applicable overtime paid. Apprentices will be on the front lines, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness, upholding food safety standards, and mastering the art of running efficient restaurant operations.
