Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in full-service restaurant management
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards

Job Duties
- Ensure excellence in guest satisfaction through commitment to a 'Do Whatever It Takes Attitude' and a hands-on, lead by example management style
- Utilize leadership skills and motivate employees to ensure cost control and labor management
- Inspect establishment and observe workers and guests to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards and liquor regulations
- Ensure paperwork accuracy such as daily sales summary reports, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records
