The Assistant General Manager plays a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth restaurant functionality, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role is perfect for someone with prior leadership experience in upscale fast-casual dining who has a passion for fresh, healthy food. The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager and other team members to oversee staff performance, manage operational standards, and assist in implementing training and development for team members. Additionally, this position supports scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
