Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- minimum 2 years relevant experience
- ability to manage multiple departments and financial functions
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of OSHA/MSDS safety requirements
- understanding of hiring regulations including I-9 and EEO compliance
- proactive approach to guest and employee satisfaction
- availability to work full time at hotel location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years experience
- demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- knowledge of brand standards and hospitality best practices
- strong financial acumen and ability to analyze performance data
Job Duties
- Verify that all brand standards are maintained
- manage the operation of all property departments
- promote Guarantee of Fair Treatment and Open Door policies
- maintain safety compliance with OSHA/MSDS
- manage finance and accounting functions including payroll and purchasing
- review financial statements and sales reports
- lead and support departmental teams with coaching and scheduling
- provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns proactively
- oversee employee orientation and hiring practices
- ensure workplace diversity and compliance with I-9 and EEO requirements
- perform other duties as assigned
