Job Requirements

Minimum one year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service concepts preferred
Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
Valid driver’s license in good standing and access to private transportation
Consent to background screening
High school diploma or equivalent and possession of all documents required by state and federal law
Able to walk and stand for long periods
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, results oriented and customer service focused
