Job Qualifications

  • experience in interviewing and hiring processes
  • proficiency in cash handling and financial procedures
  • understanding of inventory management and ordering
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • valid driver’s license
  • manager’s Food Safety Certificate
  • bilingual skills a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts focusing on guest experience
  • control labor and minimize food waste
  • ensure recipe accuracy, speed, and steps of service
  • maintain cleanliness and productivity
  • write schedules based on labor forecasting
  • coordinate training with Certified Trainers
  • assist in interviewing and hiring processes
  • handle cash, deposits, and petty cash
  • manage inventory and ordering with GM guidance
  • monitor food, labor, and supply costs to keep margins at budget
  • develop knowledge of unit operations including R&M, budgeting, goal setting, personnel development, and P&L
