Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail environment
  • Basic personal computer literacy
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must pass background check and drug test
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Basic business math and accounting skills
  • Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, stoop during 80% of shift time
  • Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, and carry out trash containers
  • Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • College or university degree preferred
  • 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail environment
  • Basic personal computer literacy
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Experience with profit and loss responsibility
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude and leadership ability

Job Duties

  • Support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts
  • Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties
  • Manage inventory and financial accountability including profit and loss responsibility
  • Serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner
  • Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers
  • Solve problems proactively and seek help when necessary
  • Guide and help team members and shift managers to meet Taco Bell standards
