Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Fluent in English
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and shifts
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stoop, and lift 50-75 lbs comfortably
- Positive attitude
- Commitment to guest satisfaction
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Must have reliable transportation, driver's license, and proof of insurance
- Must have telephone or reliable method of communication
Job Qualifications
- Current student or high school diploma/GED preferred
- Previous assistant manager or shift leader experience
- Certified in all stations and as a shift leader following the training program
- Effective communicator with co-workers and management
- Excellent organization, planning, time management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Follow the steps outlined in the training program to learn and train new skills
- Abide and enforce rules and directions given by the Restaurant Management Team
- Communicate with immediate supervisor when additional training is needed
- Conduct regular operational walks and Q&A checks to identify areas for improvement
- Organize team member shift schedules and monitor attendance
- Assign duties based on team members' roles and skills
- Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages with a helpful attitude
