Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- ServSafe certification required or must obtain within 3 months
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational skills
- Good physical stamina
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team

- Previous management experience in a restaurant setting
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain it
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory management
- Experience in staff development and performance management
- Proficiency with scheduling and payroll systems
- Commitment to upholding company values and standards
Job Duties
- Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales
- Ensure all financial and payroll administrative duties are completed accurately
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by enforcing sanitation standards and complying with regulations
- Ensure consistent high quality food preparation and service
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards
- Manage inventory and control cost of goods
- Supervise portion control and minimize waste
- Estimate food needs, place orders, and schedule deliveries
- Ensure ServSafe certification compliance
- Complete weekly Food Excellence Self-Assessment
- Ensure positive guest service and respond to complaints
- Ensure a safe work environment and complete accident reports
- Manage shifts including scheduling and planning
- Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints
- Ensure all employees complete training
- Communicate job expectations and enforce policies
- Develop employees and establish performance expectations
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing
- Develop crew members for leadership roles
- Maintain compliance with regulations and perform loss prevention audits
- Uphold company purpose and values
- Inform General Manager of issues and take corrective actions
- Complete job responsibilities timely
- Maintain favorable employee relations
- Accept ownership of company goals
- Perform other duties as required
