Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • ServSafe certification required or must obtain within 3 months
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good physical stamina
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team

  • Complete weekly Food Excellence Self-Assessment
  • Ensure positive guest service and respond to complaints
  • Ensure a safe work environment and complete accident reports
  • Manage shifts including scheduling and planning
  • Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints
  • Ensure all employees complete training
  • Communicate job expectations and enforce policies
  • Develop employees and establish performance expectations
  • Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing
