Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • ServSafe certification required or must obtain within 3 months
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good physical stamina
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Duties

  • Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales
  • Ensure all financial and payroll administrative duties are completed accurately
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by enforcing sanitation standards and complying with regulations
  • Ensure consistent high quality food preparation and service
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards
  • Manage inventory and control cost of goods
  • Supervise portion control and minimize waste
  • Estimate food needs, place orders, and schedule deliveries
  • Ensure ServSafe certification compliance
  • Complete weekly Food Excellence Self-Assessment
  • Ensure positive guest service and respond to complaints
  • Ensure a safe work environment and complete accident reports
  • Manage shifts including scheduling and planning
  • Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints
  • Ensure all employees complete training
  • Communicate job expectations and enforce policies
  • Develop employees and establish performance expectations
  • Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing
  • Develop crew members for leadership roles
  • Maintain compliance with regulations and perform loss prevention audits
  • Uphold company purpose and values
  • Inform General Manager of issues and take corrective actions
  • Complete job responsibilities timely
  • Maintain favorable employee relations
  • Accept ownership of company goals
  • Perform other duties as required
